As the Development Director, Kate is responsible for all aspects of fundraising at MCCC, from grant writing to special events to donor cultivation. She also oversees organizational marketing and communications, program evaluation, and data management systems. Kate serves on MCCC’s Development Committee as well as the Data & Evaluation Committee.

As the Director of ACE Collaborative Partnerships, Emily Clary is responsible for helping develop and coordinate the ACE Interface training and Self-Healing Communities partnership with the Children’s Mental Health and Family Services Collaboratives across the state. She supervises the Regional Training Coordinators.

As the Director of Prevention Initiatives for Southern Minnesota, Barb works extensively with family and community supportive services to strengthen awareness and prevention education efforts. Barb coordinates and facilitates regional trainings, coalition building, implementing system changes, supervision, and initiating evaluation and quality assurance.

Lisa coordinates outreach efforts and collaborates with other community partners. She builds relationships with other organizations and systems to assist in prevention efforts. Lisa is a member of MCCC’S Public Policy Committee and The Children’s Justice Initiative (CJI) and she is very passionate about working with systems to create equitable systems change. Lisa was a participant in MCCC’s Parent Leadership for Child Safety and Permanency (PLCSP) Team and a contracted partner.

Linsey McMurrin coordinates the organization’s ACE Interface training and Self-Healing Communities program partnership with Family Service Collaboratives and Children’s Mental Health Collaboratives in the Northern region of MN. Linsey provides outreach and ongoing support and coaching to her local collaborative directors and trained presenters.

Jenna holds a Master’s Degree in Strategic Leadership from Stephens College and a Bachelor’s of Arts in English with an emphasis on research. She recently completed a service term with AmeriCorps as a VISTA in Carlton County in August 2019. Here, Jenna was introduced to Restorative Justice, Emergency Preparedness and Volunteer Mobilization. In addition, she has studied Change Management, Resource Development, Grant Writing and is certified in QPR and ASIST (suicide prevention).

As an Administrative Assistant, Mary works on various projects for MCCC. She aids the finance department with accounts payable, bank deposits, filing, and various tasks. Other responsibilities include keying in surveys through Survey Monkey, mailing commitment cards and radiothon materials, compiling binders, and supporting other departments with special projects.

Gabby works as a Senior employee with Minnesota Communities Caring for Children, through MET (Motivational Education and training Program). As an Administrative Assistant, she assists MCCC with many office projects and events through-out the year, while utilizing her skills and training as a Senior Program Assistant.
