Stacy started out as a CPA with Ernst & Young, LLP in Minneapolis auditing financial service companies and several non-profit organizations.

Sara Knapp is the Vice President and Marketing Director of Deposits & Payments at U.S. Bank. Her areas of focus include marketing and strategy, customer strategy & segmentation and market research. She holds a B.A. in Communications and Psychology from the University of Minnesota and a Master’s Degree from Concordia University.

David Thompson

During his career as a child welfare professional David Thompson worked in Minnesota county and state government and as an educator and consultant. He has lead efforts to move child welfare practice toward respectful engagement of families in strength-based and safety-focused partnerships.

Jason DePauw

Robins Kaplan LLP.

Jason DePauw is an associate attorney at Robins Kaplan LLP.  Jason’s career has focused on providing his clients with access to justice during their times of need.  He currently practices in the Mass Torts group, holding pharmaceutical and medical device companies accountable for their defective products on behalf of injured clients.

Lisa Babbs

University of Minnesota

Lisa Babbs is the Assistant Director for Planning Space and Architecture and a Work Stream Lead for a large enterprise program at the University of Minnesota.  She earned her BA from UMN in Linguistics.  For over twenty years she has maintained roles in strategic facility planning, portfolio asset management and regulatory reporting in higher education, biomedical sciences and clinic environments.

Julia Quanrud

Reading & Math, Inc

Julia Quanrud is the Director of Innovation & Strategic Partnerships for Reading Corps and Math Corps where she works with schools and child care providers throughout Minnesota. Julia is also a mediator and restorative justice practitioner, and she volunteers with the Conflict Resolution Center of Minnesota and as a tax preparer for Prepare + Prosper.

Kristin Radunz

Kristin Radunz is currently a US Logistics Execution Lead with 3M in St. Paul, MN. She has worked at 3M for nearly 25 years in a variety of positions in Hutchinson, MN, Decatur, AL, and St. Paul, MN. Kristin has her B.A. in English from Augsburg. She has three daughters and three grandchildren. She enjoys motorcycling with her husband, spending time with family, and baking.

Sally Wahman is currently Vice President - Primary Care at Allina Health where she is responsible for the operations of Allina Health Group's 60 primary care clinics. Previously, she was the Chief Operating Officer at Fairview Medical Group. She has a BA from Gustavus Adolphus College and a Master's of Healthcare Administration from the University of Minnesota.

Tamara is currently a Vice President, Property and Casualty broker at USI Insurance Services. Her primary client base is in Private Equity, Financial Services and Technology and serves clients all over the world. She has her Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Certified Risk Management (CRM) designations.

The President and CEO is responsible for management of the annual budget, successfully assisting with raising the revenue needed, management of strategic and annual work plan for the organization, management of Board of Directors, serving on all board committees, executive management of all paid staff,  and relationships with local, regional, state and national affiliates.
